15. Kingston Trinity, Anglican
3949 Route 845, Kingston

Built by Loyalists in 1789, Trinity is the oldest church in New Brunswick on its original foundation, and is considered the keystone church for Anglicans in New Brunswick.

The original Georgian style church was redesigned and enlarged in 1857 when the windows, tower and spire were rebuilt, resulting in the Gothic style building we see today. Trinity Church has a gallery, or balcony, built on three sides.

The organ was built in London, England, in 1785, and is the oldest working pipe organ in Canada.

Trinity Church, surrounded by tombstones of Loyalists, is a National Historic Site.
